Below are some of Mees Secret Recipes to build a stronger immunity and healthy lifestyle

Honey Lemon Drink

3 – 5 Sliced Lemon

Pour 1/3 of boiling water into your glass and let it cool down (approximately 5minutes)

Pour 2/3 cool water with one table of MEES™ Beech Forest Honey.

(For itchy throat, placed a few bits of pink Himalayan salt in your mouth till dissolve, then drink the honey lemon)

Wonderful Smoothies!

1 cup of frozen berries/strawberries/mix berries (Bananas, Avocado, any of your favourite fruits of greens)

10oz of water, 2 tablespoons of yoghurt, 1 tablespoon of MEES™ Honey with 2oz of soy/oat/milk

Blend in your Nutri Bullet and enjoy!

Honey on Toast

Replace Jam for a healthy breakfast.

MEES™ suggests mashed avocado with honey on your toast!

Glazing/Roasting

Spicy and Appetizing Sauce

3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of vinegar, 3 tablespoons of chilli olive oil (1/2 teaspoon of chilli powder and ½ teaspoon of minced garlic in a bowl, heat up olive oil and pour over them), with 2 tablespoons of MEES honey.

Pour onto any greens or cold meat. This is yummy dipping sauce for dumplings too.
